Sri Vyasatirtha Vidyapeeta
Preserving Ancient Wisdom Through Gurukula Education
Traditional Vedantic Learning • Free Education • Modern Facilities
Swamiji's Message
It is the duty of this Matha to nurture scholars who gain deep knowledge of Sri Madhvacharya’s true doctrine. Many Mathas in Sri Madhvacharya’s lineage are doing this work. With the conviction that Sri Vyasaraja Matha must also carry out this essential responsibility, Sri Vyasatirtha Vidyapeeta was established a few years ago. About 45 students are currently studying here.
The primary purpose of the Vidyapeeta is to create scholars with profound mastery of Sri Madhvacharya’s philosophy. Along with that, to gain true competence in these Shastras, an understanding of Nyaya, Vyakarana, and Mimamsa is essential.
